Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data — and your rights under the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Who we are
This website (audatia.net) is operated by Audatia ("Audatia", "we", "us"), a workflow technology and management consultancy headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. Audatia is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
Registered address: Av. Brig. Faria Lima, 1811 — SL 115, Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo — SP, Brazil, CEP 01452-001. For any privacy question or request, contact us at [email protected].
2. What data we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. We do not run an online store or account system on this site.
- Data you provide: when you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address or phone number, and the content of your message.
- Technical/log data: our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and operational.
- Fonts: the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address in order to deliver the fonts to your browser.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to respond to your enquiries and provide the information or services you request, to operate and secure the website, to communicate with you about a potential or existing engagement, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests in responding to you and running our business, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you request, and legal obligations. Where Brazil's LGPD applies, we rely on the equivalent legal bases set out in Article 7 of that law.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of technologies, and we let you know that we measure site traffic:
- Essential / local storage: remembers that the notice has already been shown so it is not displayed again. It contains no personal data and is stored only in your browser.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): we use GA4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type), with IP addresses anonymised. Measurement applies to all visitors, and we let you know through a notice on the site.
- Marketing (Meta Pixel): we use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing). It may set cookies and shares website-event data with Meta Platforms, which acts as an independent controller under its own terms. Measurement applies to all visitors, who are informed through the notice on the site.
- Google Fonts: loaded from Google's servers to render the site's typography.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's Opt-out Browser Add-on, manage how Meta uses your data in your Facebook Ad Preferences, or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
6. Sharing and third parties
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website host (Hostinger) and Google Fonts. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your message is also processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms. We may disclose data where required by law. We never sell or rent your data.
7. International transfers
Audatia is based in Brazil, and your data may be processed there as well as by the service providers above, which may be located in other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR and the LGPD.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or engagement, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you, and request a copy;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion or anonymisation of your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- request portability of your data;
- withdraw consent at any time; and
- information about with whom your data is shared.
Under the GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Under the LGPD you may contact Brazil's ANPD.
10. How to exercise your rights
Email us at [email protected] with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
11. Children's privacy
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
