Audatia is a Brazilian technology consultancy founded in 2021 and headquartered on Avenida Paulista, in São Paulo, with an operations and delivery hub in Suzano. We are an official partner and authorized reseller of ClickUp and monday.com, two of the world's leading Work OS platforms, and we specialize in turning them into the operational backbone of growing companies.
What we do
Our work covers the full lifecycle of a work management platform. It starts with systems consulting: auditing the tools a company already pays for, mapping how work actually flows between departments, and designing a technical blueprint before any configuration begins. From there we implement the platform itself — workspace hierarchies, board structures, custom statuses and fields, permissions and executive dashboards — and connect it to the rest of the stack through API and middleware integrations, so data moves between CRM, email, spreadsheets and databases without manual copying.
On top of that foundation we deploy artificial intelligence: AI agents configured inside ClickUp and monday.com that triage requests, summarize meetings, update records and automate decisions in the context of each client's real processes. And because software only delivers value when people use it, every project includes corporate training — live workshops built on the client's actual projects, onboarding libraries and admin-level training that leaves internal teams autonomous.
How we work
Every engagement follows a four-phase methodology: diagnostic, architecture, integration and adoption.
